Representing the catering part: KFC and Cafe Qubek as well as Komfort, i.e. the market leader in the flooring industry, are the tenants who have recently officially started their activity in the Immofinanz STOP SHOP Siedlce retail park.
Thus, in the latest, open "retail" project of the investor in Poland, the offer of all 23 stores whose lease agreements were signed before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic is available. During the last two months (May and June) the new facility on the local retail map of Siedlce was visited by almost 600 thousand customers.
23 shops in the new shopping park
The tenants of STOP SHOP in Siedlce, which has been operating since 26 March this year, due to COVID-19, opened their shops in stages - some at the turn of March and April, while the largest group in May, when the trade was "released". The opening of KFC, Cafe Qubek and Komfort completes the list of openings in this location.
The KFC restaurant, with a 24/7 offer and a "drive thru" option, opened on a total area of 307.67 sqm. Offering a wide range of coffees, teas and desserts, Cafe Qubek operates in STOP SHOP Siedlce on 140 sq m. The shop of the Komfort brand in STOP SHOP Siedlce took up 600 sq.m.
- Despite unfavourable opening circumstances, from the very beginning our STOP SHOP Siedlce has been recording record-breaking results in the scale of the Polish portfolio of this trade brand. Picking up the result of 600 thousand customers in May and June, we can say that every inhabitant of Siedlce visited our retail park almost eight times at that time," commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Country Manager Operations Poland, Immofinanz. "We are happy to open the last shops, especially since now the customers of our STOP SHOP, in addition to traditional shopping, will be able to rest safely with us, whether at lunch or by tempting themselves to delicious coffee or dessert," she added.
Over 14 thousand sq.m of leasable area
STOP SHOP Siedlce, owned by Immofinanz, has a total of over 14,000 sq.m for lease. In total, it is the investor's tenth and largest retail park under this brand in Poland.
