For new users, it means an even greater range of available restaurants, as well as the possibility to use courier services and purchases with home delivery. was the first website in Poland to enable ordering food online. Its closure is the final stage in Glovo's implementation of changes after the portal was purchased in August 2019. Glovo is the most popular Spanish aggregator established in 2015 in Barcelona. So far, both applications have been running in parallel with the gradual phasing out of the website and the application, which was still active in Warsaw until 27 July. Now the users can use Glovo application, which has taken over functionality.

Glovo application works in 32 Polish cities

Glovo has its own fleet of suppliers and an extensive portfolio of partners in various product categories. As a result, it offers users a wide range of services including, in addition to ordering food, express ordering and delivery of clothes, medicines or food purchases.

What does that mean for customers?

For existing users, the change means the necessity to download and register in Glovo application. The whole process takes several seconds. All previously available restaurants will not only be active on Glovo, but they will be joined by other places, extending the existing offer. The new service will include large chains such as McDonald's, KFC, or Pizza Hut and smaller, local restaurants.
